TechPro was established in 1999 by its Managing Director Cheryl-Anne, out of her disbelief at the way recruitment agencies treated both clients and candidates. She wanted to create a professional environment that valued its candidates as real people (not just a CV on a piece of paper) and met its clients needs through honesty and openness. Cheryl-Anne has achieved this by teaching her team that professionalism is as important as fairness and maintaining a high level of ethics.
